volume is negotiated work for repeat clients. The results

Another way we gauge our performance is through client
satisfaction surveys. We ask clients to complete a survey
after pre-construction, another midway through construction,
and a final survey at project completion. This gives us direct
feedback on how well we are meeting needs and expectations,
