Each type leaves a subtle but distinctly different impression on a room, so experiment with all of them before making your final selection. Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel is our signature metal for signage. We pioneered Stainless Steel ADA braille signage in North America. Etchcraft is the undisputed industry leader in ADA signage.

Brass
Brass is a yellow-colored alloy of copper and zinc and is widely considered the most decretive of the metals in use for architectural purposes. With a mirror like polish, brass adds a brilliance that is unsurpassed for interior design details.

Copper
The reddish tent to copper has made it a favorite of many project designers. The properties of copper give an excellent accent to any design that seeks a historical feel.

Bronze
Bronze is any alloy of copper and any metal accept zinc. Bronze is commonly found in interior design. Bronze is similar to copper but is browner in color than copper and brass.

Silver Nickel
Silver Nickel is a copper alloy with the additions of zinc and nickel. Colors vary from pale gold to silvery white. Often we use the silvery white silver nickel as an alternative to aluminum. The term Silver Nickel is somewhat misleading since it contains neither silver or nickel-based alloys. Silver nickel improves tarnish resistance and oxidation resistance.

Reverse Etching Method
Metal background with lettering and image etched into the metal.

Standard Etching Method
Raised art work with the back ground etched away and given a black coloring.

Deep Etching Method
Black Textured Back ground with raised image and text like standard but with a textured back ground.
